Our philosophy
Our belief is that for a variety of reasons, at present the general standard of leadership in the UK is poor.
Yet the recession, globalisation, and the explosion of social networking and technological advance now mean that need for skilled authentic leadership is higher than ever. Followers expect and deserve to be given purpose and inspiration that will engage them to be fully productive, willing to change and flourish in an ambiguous, uncertain and rapidly changing world,
In tough times it is the organisations that expect and develop great leadership that will gain the competitive advantage.
How are we different?
Whilst it can seem logical and time-efficient to put groups on courses with pre-defined content, in our experience investing in these are ultimately a waste of time and money as they do not make a real and lasting difference to the individual or the business.
Therefore we usually take a coaching approach on a 121 basis or with groups as this enables a personal shift in learning and creates a commitment to change that is relevant, timely and measurable.
What do we do?
We partner with Senior Managers and Directors and contract at the outset to define specific outcomes and ensure these goals are reached. Typically we add value in the areas of:

- Effectively handling the human aspect of organisational change
